Three First Nations women perform their unique music. Cellist Cris Derkson performs a fusion of electronica & classical, and is joined by percussionist/ drummer Joy Mullen (Miss Quincy). Kristi Lane Sinclair cites her influences as “classical meets grunge”. Jasmine Netsena performs beautiful folk rock.
East Coast roots and bluesman Joe Fournier plays a show at The Special. Vancouver “dark folk” troubadour Ben Rogers opens.
