Latin/SWing Cardio Workout

Weekly drop-in classes continue through February and March.
Styled like an aerobics class, warm-up to yoga style stretches and then start working out with rumba, cha cha, and swing actual dance steps and turns, get the heart pumping with samba and salsa then cool down with some Argentine tango style and techinques. $10 at the door. Co-ed. Everyone welcome, wear shoes that will permit you to slide a bit and bring your water bottle.
