LEARN to CULTIVATE gourmet, edible mushrooms!  This full-day hands-on intensive workshop will guide you towards growing your own edible mushrooms at home!  DISCOVER methods for growing 3 different species of fungi: Garden Giant, Oyster & Shitake.

Gain experience innoculating garden patches, straw and logs for mushroom cultivation.  Workshop includes take-home notes & a starter kit for these  3 species  ($60 value).  Catered lunch included.

You can use the techniques covered in this workshop to grow other edible fungi!   Additional kits will be available for purchase to support you in cultivating other gourmet edible fungi: Shaggy Mane, Garden Oyster, Pearl Oyster, Phoenix Oyster & Turkey Tail.
