The Straight Walk® practice is an invaluable tool that helps you clarify your thinking and discover next steps. Facing the facts in your work-life opens up the potential for change.
Based upon an ancient Buddhist practice of self-awareness, the Straight Walk® includes several walking meditations practiced with observation and concentration. Steps are taken, literally and symbolically, to understand your perception and gain a new perspective of your issues and choices in your work.

Alicia Pace holds a Masters in Human Systems Intervention, is a professional coach and a certified Yasodhara Yoga teacher. She has over 15 years experience in organizational development and has designed learning-spaces for numerous organizations and groups. She is the former publisher of ascent magazine, founder of Pace Consulting and is currently developing curriculum for The Yasodhara Institute.
