Wind down after an amazing day on the mountain, increasing flexibility, strengthening your core, and improving your balance for another day riding tomorrow!
Yoga is an amazing complement to snowboarding/skiing, increasing coordination, helping to create better body alignment and increase awareness of weight distribution for better spinning abilities, safer landings and rails.
Yoga also works on strengthening and gaining flexibility in the major muscle groups that support you as you are shredding down the mountain as well as keeping the joints and spine healthy leaving you with a stronger focus and clear and calm mind!
Our classes so far will be every wed at 7-8pm and every sat 5-6pm.
(no class on the 25th)
